The rates are payable

You never pay more than € 60,- per problem.

The first hour you pay only € 25, -. When the problem within 1 hour is resolved you always pay € 25, -. When the problem resolving takes longer then 1 hour the rates are:
Between 1 - 2 hour € 40,-
Between 2 - 3 hour € 60,-
With a maximum from € 60,-.
Because of this maximum your expenses will never be more. And you have the security of NO cure, NO pay. (This counts not for the transportation costs, these must be paid always.)

Transportation costs within a radiate of 15 km around Torre del Mar € 10,- . Each kilometer more € 0,50.

Reparation and installation

Reparations:
virus removal, save data from a crashed harddisk or PC, adware removal etc...
Exchange of defect parts.
Upgrades of the PC.

Installations:
program installation, Email accound settings, virus scanner installation, printer/scanner installation, VOIP internet calling as skype, voipbuster installation etc..,

Tariff a hour :
- First hour € 25,-
- till 2 hour € 40,-
- till 3 hour € 60,- ( this is the maximum per    reparation)

ADSL settings and connection (also wireless) € 25,-

Complete new installation or reinstallation
€ 50,-
